This was an animation assignment made some years ago. I wanted to create an inspired- colorful Monsters Inc feel. I based the whole animation off of these two concept stills. The gist of the story it is a boy (Paco) discovers not to judge a book by it's cover (Grimy).
And here is the video, keep in mind- I create 3D models and design- I cannot animate to save my life, you've been warned:
